Placing an order

• Australia only: Orders are accepted for delivery within Australia.
• Order confirmation: After checkout you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we received your order— acceptance occurs when we dispatch and email your tracking.
• Payment: Payment is captured at checkout.
  

Stock status

• In stock: Items marked “In stock” are available to ship after processing.
• Out of stock: If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll notify you promptly and offer a new ETA (if restock is expected) or a full refund .
• Pre-order/backorder (if shown): Estimated dispatch dates appear on the product page; dates are estimates and may change.
  

Quantity limits

To ensure fair access, we may limit quantities per customer , per order, or per address, and cancel duplicate orders at our discretion (you will be refunded if charged).

Edits, merges, and cancellations

• Address/item changes: Not guaranteed once an order enters processing (processing time: 1–2 business days , Mon–Fri).
• Merging orders: We can't merge separate orders after checkout.
• Cancelling: You may cancel before processing begins. Once processing or dispatch has started, cancellation isn't possible (see Cancellation Policy ).
  

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product details, availability, and pricing accurate. If we identify an obvious error (eg, pricing/description), we may cancel the order and issue a refund; we'll notify you if this happens.

Fraud & verification

We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or reselling . We may request additional verification before acceptance.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost. You'll receive tracking for each parcel where applicable.
